Your purchase is processed through eProcessing, an encrypted and secure credit card processing company.
All of your private information will be secure through SSL encryption throughout the shopping checkout process.
Blue Heron Apparel will collect applicable sales tax as required by Florida state law.
Because we are a Florida company, by law, we must charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Florida address.
Orders shipped to addresses outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.
Blue Heron Apparel is currently unable to ship outside of the USA. We are hoping in the near future to offer this service worldwide.
Shipping services are provided by UPS. Orders shipped UPS Ground should arrive within 3 to 7 business days from date of order pending credit card authorization.
If you would like expedited shipping please select that option when choosing shipping. Please remember this is a premium service at an additional charge.
While many companies use shipping to make money, we have done our best to keep shipping costs realistic. Your order will be picked and shipped out to you within 24 hours pending credit card authorization.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
All orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping. (Standard shipping only, no rush delivery)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Blue Heron Apparel will accept the return of unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
To expedite the return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit:
- Please contact Blue Heron Apparel customer service via email at customerservice@blueheronapparel.com to receive a Return Authorization number.
- This Return Authorization number must be on the return label.
- Wrap the item in the original packaging. Merchandise should be in its original condition and include all tags.
- Please include your original packing list in the return package and be sure to keep a duplicate copy of the packing list for your records.
- Place the shipping label on the outside of the box and mail it back to the address provided. Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes.
- We do not accept COD return packages.
- Blue Heron Apparel does not reimburse for shipping costs.
- We cannot refund original delivery charges and handling fees associated with your order. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
We will not share our data with anyone. Period. We respect your privacy! All data collected from the Blue Heron website are used for internal purposes only and will be kept strictly confidential. Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care. We do not keep credit card information on file for your security. We love our customers.
